REFUND POLICY

1. Applicability of Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through the FastBing mobile application and the FastBing website (collectively, the “Platform”).


2. Cancellation Policy

 

A. Cancellation by the User

B. Cancellation by FastBing

FastBing reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

  1. Limitations on quantities available for purchase.

  2. Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.

  3. Non-availability of a valid prescription (for prescription medicines).

  4. Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

  5. Logistical issues (e.g., delivery address is unserviceable).

Refund for FastBing Cancellation: If your order is cancelled by us after your payment has been processed, the full amount will be reversed to your original payment method.


3. Returns and Refunds Policy

 

A. Valid Grounds for Return

You must raise a return request within 48 (Forty-Eight) hours from the time of delivery if the product falls under one of the following categories:

  1. Wrong Product Delivered: The product delivered does not match your order (e.g., incorrect strength, incorrect item).

  2. Damaged Product Delivered: The product packaging is visibly damaged, tampered with, or the product inside is damaged. Do not accept delivery of any product with a tampered seal or damaged packaging.

  3. Near-Expiry/Expired Product: The product is past its expiry date or has a remaining shelf life of less than [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 3 months].

  4. Missing Item: The order is incomplete (missing parts or accessories).

B. Conditions for Valid Return

To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within the specified 48-hour period.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.

  • All original price tags, labels, batch numbers, and barcodes are intact and clearly visible.

  • The batch number of the product being returned matches the one mentioned on the original invoice.

  • A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return.

C. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

For reasons of health, hygiene, and product integrity, the following categories of products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, except if they were delivered damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened/Used Medicines: Partially consumed medicine strips, opened vials, or bottles.

  • Health & Wellness Products: Sexual wellness products, diapers, feminine hygiene products, certain medical devices (e.g., thermometers, blood pressure monitors, unless faulty), surgical supplies, support items (e.g., knee caps, bandages), and certain nutritional supplements.

  • Temperature-Controlled Items: Products requiring refrigeration, once they have been delivered and accepted.

  • Prescription Medicines: Cannot be returned if the return request arises due to a change in prescription or wrong ordering by the customer.

D. Return Process

  2. Verification: Our team will verify your claim. We may request clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging as evidence.

  4. Final Quality Check: Once the item is received at our facility/seller location, it will undergo a final quality check to ensure it meets all return conditions.

E. Refund Processing
